last night

sunflower seeds and green tea for breakfast

banana for snack

quinoa chicken and veggies for lunch

orange & strawberry kefir for snack

sliced turkey and avocado with plain kefir for dinner

feelin’ good. 

went for a run outdoors. christmas lights made for a beautiful view. started to rain halfway through my workout. felt amazing.

did a workout at home to target abs, thighs, and butt.
